I have converted a lot of songs from dvds and vhs tapes to youtube. There are various programs you can use, though some can seem tricky to figure out. Windows has a movie maker program that you can use. The videos need to be converted to mp4 format, or other compatible formats for youtube.

Another option, which I have also used is using my iPhone and taking video, those you can post to youtube right away. I use those for what I call guitar selfies. There is a youtube channel in my name where you can see all sorts of examples. However make sure you get the right Phil Cooper channel as there is more than one. You can put February Sky in the youtube search, or Cooper, Nelson, and Early, that should get you to the right Phil Cooper channel.
