Yesterday! 20 year-old cars won't qualify unless you can wangle an exemption. Blue badge maybe. Most petrol 2006 upwards, and diesel 2015 upwards are OK. With Lundun considering more stringent rules, Bristol's is just an opening shot. As far as I can see, the Folk house is on the cusp, but more significantly, the nearest multi-storey car park is IN - even if you can choose a route around! Forget on-street! French dance (boureed treasure) tonight BTW (Nov 26) at the Folk House. (would that qualify this above the line?)
