Freereed, if you want to get technical, you can break your "fast" on any feast day, as they are not considered days of Lent. Lent is forty days and does not include any Sundays or any other feast days (i.e., St. Patrick's), so you can relax your obligations on those days.

That's why Easter is a "moveable feast" -- some saints' feasts may fall on Sunday, some not. Whichever, they are not numbered as days of Lent.
