Jenny O , that's a real shame you didn't make it into the anchor middle bar. A couple of your choir did. I seem to remember one chap (who I think was one of yours) joining us for the Thursday silly song session at the end of which we parade along the seafront, still singing, onto the beach and (as we do each year) end by singing in the sea (which is usually very cold). He then decided he couldn't pass up a tradition so stripped off his jeans and joined us in the water ... still wearing his leather jacket cos it was cold! I have a photograph somewhere of him standing up to his hips in the sea trying to hold his jacket above the waves....... all very silly....but fun!
