It wasn't easy to find (all Google hits for Panda on the first half-dozen pages of results go to places to buy it, and none of the "shopping" pages offers a way to find out what it is); but Panda appears to have a "support site" where you can search a "knowledge base" where you might be able to find out how to access quarantined files(?).

It asks for a "specific version" - which I can't provide, so I can't poke around there usefully, but you might find a FAQ that will at least tell you how to find the quarantine folder.
