You'll be packing so much into your trip, as has been said you'll need to keep notes of what you've seen and done to re-live it all when you get back.
You'll enjoy Ennis; looking at your itinerary prompted me to look up the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis, scene of many a wonderful music session at Fleadh Nua in years past (it still goes on every year, I've just not been back for many years) *sigh* 'Live' streamed concerts from Fleadh Nua 2012
