Last year I saw some rapper dancing at Sidmouth and liked it much to my own surprise (could be a Wicker man thing)
In April there is a rapper contest at Kelham Island Industrial Museum here in Sheffield, South yorkshire, UK
So if the weather is good it should be a great event
I have been to a few events at Kelham and there is always a good atmosphere, and good beer at The Fat Cat
