I heard this very beautiful tune while in Ireland, recorded by Dezi Donnelly, a fine fiddler. I am looking for this tune, a chord chart would be great but would be happy with just the melody line.

One of the most moving versions Ive heard recently on this beautiful tune is by the marvellous harmonica player, Mick Kinsella from his new CD simply titled 'Harmonica' . You might try Claddagh Records, Dame House , Dame Street, Dublin 2. Finbar Boyle is the man to help you there. pjc

Staff notation is available at  irishfiddle.com:

Paddy's Rambles (through the Park).  You'll need the free "Scorch" browser plugin to see it, and to play the sound.  The tune at JCs is from a Tyneside MS. of 1841, and seems to be a quite different one.
