Anyone not realising we do not yet have a Department of Vague Paranoia deserves to be taken in, but apparantly the Cabinet Office are 'seeking advice as to what action to take about this site'

Excellent site FC. Following the link through to "further information" and clicking on the "person who created this site" throws up some good stuff.
My favourite is the "Semaphor Ninja" and the "Penguin ski=jumper"
