If I'm not mistaken, in the best ghoul/vampire tradition of American network television, the first TV movie was made and run some time ago; I'm not sure if the trial had started yet or not when it aired. I made a point of not watching it.

Question: He was charged with two counts of murder. At waht stage of the pregnancy is the fetus deemed to be a person? That is, is the fetus a person at three months, four months, etc? Does anyone know?
