Wendy's hyperspace home for anyone unfamiliar is www.wendyarrowsmith.com and the location of the venue is www.multimap.com/s/jDAATnkc, within reasonable walking distance of Kings Cross, Angel, and Farringdon tubes and several bus routes. |

02 Mar 10 - 09:56 AM (#2854075) Subject: RE: Wendy Arrowsmith - London 15th March From: Banjiman If you've not heard Wendy live there is a full 2 hour broadcast of her gig from The Star Folk Club, St Andrews in the Square Glasgow on Celtic Music Radio - 1530 am for those near Glasgow and on -line at Celtic Music Radio . Thursday 4th March 10pm - midnight. I think it will also be available via the "Listen Again" facility from the Celtic Music Radio Website following the broadcast. This was recorded live last Thursday night.... the acoustics at The Star are amazing (a 3.5 second echo!), it's a magnifificent old church. I wonder if they'll edit out the broken string incident? |
