Hi, I think that I am in the right place now, I screwed this up the first time... Anyway, I am trying to find the lyrics to a song I grew up listening to, but have never known who did it, or what they were saying for the most part. I recently learned that "Don't you just know it" is by Huey "Piano" Smith and The Clowns, and it was included on the soundtrack to the new movie Snatch. I have been trying to figure out the lyrics since I was a little girl, any help would be appreciated.

The *point* of this song was not the words, which are nearly unintelligible on the 45 I have, but the "feel" which is rollicking and fun.

So it seems to me.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I really appreciate it. My step father thanks you also. He and I have been completely baffled for so long. mousetheif: You are absoloutly right, the feel of the song is wonderful, and that is what makes me love the song so much. BUT when you have listened to a song hundreds of times, and there are still those few words you just can't figure out, it begins to nag at you. You have all solved this problem for me, several times over. Thanks again -Jamie
