From the safety stand point I'd agree that it would be better to have a decorated 0 correction contact lense. I've seen ones that make you look like you have cat's eyes and I thought the ones with the radiation symbol were pretty cool! The jewelry option is more invasive and harder to reverse without leaving scar tissue on the eye. With all of the other options with decorating the face this one seems too small and expensive to bother with. I still like the idea of having eyes that glow in the dark. Maybe I can get a contact lense for that! |

No correction to their side effects possible. No one knows the long term impact of the surgery, either. But that's neither here nor there, we each assess the risks of life for ourselves. |

Sticking a safety pin through your ear had a bit of style as a gesture, but going to some high-priced whore of a pseudo-surgeon and getting this stuff done is a bit different. I'd think Dick Greenhaus's notion of getting the same effect with a contact lense sounds much more likely to catch on. Rather the same way a lot of the pierced belly buttons going around aren't in fact pierced at all, I understand. |
