I sang backup on that song and a few others on the original LP -- on Hogeye Records -- out of the HOGEYE MUSIC STORE in Evanston Illinois. It was then owned by Anne and her then spouse Jan Burda. We drove Anne nuts when we changed the lyric to "Lend me your CAR while you sleep. In one photo on the LP I was holding my musical saw but it didn't make it onto the record. In another photo I was holding a stuffed jack-a-lope for some reason I can't recall. Good memories though. Art Thieme |
