27 Oct 05 - 03:19 PM (#1591853) Subject: informal meeting for Irish Music Fans From: Tim theTwangler I f there are any Twannglers, mandoliniers ,banjophonistes, harpists.pipers, whistlers singists, drummers, squeezerists or even musicians who like music of the Irish variety There is an informal meeting at the old Cons club on Bargate Grimsby (you Know the one with the cheap beer!) All invited to turn up at 1930 this Friday evening to see if there is any interest in arranging some sort of regular evening. The more the merrier, and bring ideas for the form that you would like to see any such venture taking. I will be attending and would be nice to see as many faces as possible so i dont get too lonely and have to drink all the cheap guiness by meselfs. Will take bodhran just in case. |
