So this is a tune by Hanneke Cassell, that i would very much like to learn...........'cept i don't learn by ear worth beans. Does anyone have notation or abc on this one? Would greatly appreciate it. I emailed the lady herself, to see if i could buy a bare bones copy, but no reply. Any help is greatly appreciated! |

Copy and paste into Concertina.net, then click on "submit" and you will have the score and a midi file. This is indeed a very nice tune. After listening to it several dozen times, I transcribed it (not too difficult). Hannake will be performing in Seattle on Nov. 11th. But then Liz Carroll will also be performing here the same night. That's a difficult choice to make. I will be going to Liz Carroll's concert and her workshop earlier that day at Dusty Strings. On his CD's he uses the name Sylvester BelMondeCane. And yes, he is a ladies man, so it is apropos. But no, i have no clue as to who the JP is that the waltz is written for. |
