15 Oct 06 - 05:06 PM (#1859644) Subject: RE: BS: Seattle, January 19-24.... From: Stewart Don and Bob and Rapaire, I've got a place in north Seattle, as you know, that would be fine for a 'hoot.' Also, there's our weekly Tuesday open mic at the Ravenna Third Place Books - see Victory Music. You can also check out their event calendar closer to when you come. And the Seattle Folklore Society has weekly concerts. Then there are many coffee houses and pubs in the area with live music. And NW Seaport usually has it's 3rd Sat concert at the Wood Boat Center on South Lake Union (close to downtown). So there's a lot going on. Hope to see you then. Cheers, S. in Seattle |
