OK, I've promised my daughter this trinket for her Sweet Sixteenth on Dec. 26 (Boxing Day). Of course, she wants the sterling silver one "not the crappy replica Dad ..." Alas, I cannot find a Canadian source for same. The US sources are backlogged and cannot guarantee delivery in time. I'm in Victoria, BC ... any ideas?

Tried ebay and Shireshop ... no luck. And Holy Cow the price is going up by the minute -- they were $95.00 on Friday and now they're asking $98, or the 'buy now' feature wants $110!

And they will go up higher as the third film is about to open.

These pieces are cast in sterling and the stones as far as I can see seem to be fairly nice. I can't see enough detail to tell you whether or not I can copy one for you. BUT, they are probably copyrighted so I wouldn't reproduce one. And I couldn't do one for less than they are charging for them now.

tell her that Tolkien's world follows the customof "Twelfth Day Gifts" (rather then Christmas gifts) and furthermore are on the Old Calandar - so that gives you 13 days past the 6th of January - or Jan 19th!
