I've just finished listening to the podcast of Ian Tyson's interview with Mike Regenstreif on today's CKUT Folk Roots/Folk Branches. It's the most extensive interview with Ian that I've ever heard, or read for that matter, and covers the length of his career from the early days with Sylvia up to the present. The interview includes eight songs: three from Ian & Sylvia and five from Ian's solo albums.

Well worth a listen for anyone interested in Ian & Sylvia and/or Ian Tyson. You can check it out on the ckutfolk site. In fact, Mike's programs are always worth checking out.

Thanks for the heads-up. It's hard to hear MR's show so early on the Sunset Coast.

With these podcasts available 24/7 for two months after original broadcast, there's no longer any need to be a slave to the schedule. A terrific innovation.

Any way to get a listen to this interview now that it has been moved from the website?
